Such nuclear drills are always timed to coincide with something important. 
In this case with begining stock market crash and coming recession. 
The deep state warmongers are thinking to start a big war to save their empire and avoid prosecution for their crimes when the economic collapse will be blamed on them. 
They had this silly idea that they can destroy Russia with an overwhelming preemptive strike without being destroyed themselves. 
This nuclear drill is reminding them they will be destroyed too, because Russia doesn't need a world where it doesn't exist.
